Vera 1/2 marathon Saturday 6th July 2019

As last year.....Parking restrictions all round vera playa, notices on lamp posts for no parking ... tow away zones...race starts at 20:00, makes me hot just to think about it

We walked past them all, along the route, still running at around 9pm (or so).

It was still so hot!

Total respect to all of them (and the one's struggling, walking or just given up)

We did clap them by at certain crossing points as walking in that heat was painful enough 

Lots of funny kids and families clapping them by as well,  it made for a different and fun walk for us too watching it all on the way to the Blue Parrot  Hi!
