First is it September
« on: 14 August 2017, 22:35:28 PM »
My fiancé and I will be visiting September 7-12. Any recommendations for restaurants or clubswould be great. Also any insight into beach activities would be great. We were at Cap D agde last year and there is definitely beach zones for all types

"Beach activities" are as you would expect at a family friendly naturist resort, Vera Playa is NOT Cap D agde !

Hi Michael

I am sure you will enjoy your visit to Vera Playa, though you should understand there is a huge difference between the Cap and VP. Hotel street at night is a fun place to go on some nights and quite a few people do dress up sexily and with skimpy clothing (my wife included), but unless you go in the Swingers club there, which we are not interested in, the fun to be had is simply by being dressed revealingly and being out with your husband/wife/partner enjoying being together in a great atmosphere. We particularly enjoy going to Broadway bar as we enjoy the company of the owners, and also to the gay bar 2 doors further down from Broadway as the atmosphere there is really cool and fun. Plenty of fun to be had socialising with others in different establishments along the complete Hotel Street, and after all, being on holiday is surely partly about enjoying going out at night, isn't it? But if you are looking for some of the fun that can be had all over the Cap at night, with open displays of sexual activity as the norm, then you may find yourself at a loss and twiddling your thumbs at night. My advice is to take VP for what it is and make the most of it and enjoy a great holiday.

As for the beach in the daytime, there is a naturist part and a textile part(s), which should fulfil your naturist sunbathing desires. If, on the other hand, you are looking for the totally uninhibited, anything goes, free sex activities part of the beach as you have experienced at the Cap, then you will not find it at VP, and it certainly would not be wanted here by 99.9% of the residents/visitors either.

VP is a glorious place for a naturist holiday and as I said earlier, has everything you will need for a memorable holiday in the sun. But do understand what you will find and what you will not find during your stay to ensure you have a great stay.

We are in VP again from 5th to 14th September and have no problem meeting up for a drink one night if you want. Just let me know. :)

Excellent post uninhibited, you have summed up life in VP to perfection and I couldn't agree with you more.  ::::
